Mindfulness and Breathing Techniques
Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to the present. It helps us become more aware of our thoughts and feelings so that, instead of being overwhelmed by them, we’re better able to manage them. Join Alison Laichter, founder of the first Jewish Meditation Center in New York, for this four-part Masterclass for youth professionals and clinicians working in Jewish settings.

The Entrepreneurial Mindset: What Youth Professionals Can Learn From StartUp Culture
This three week series with entrepreneur Henrik Scheel (StartUp Experience) will bolster your skill sets around entrepreneurship with fun activities and a supportive community of colleagues. Using the Summer Months Wisely – Relationship Building Fundamentals for Youth Professionals
Inspired by the Funder Collaborative’s new teen curriculum in peer-to-peer engagement, youth professionals are invited to actively workshop how best to use the upcoming summer months to build and strengthen relationships with teens. We’ll utilize the Search Institute’s Developmental Assets framework to conceptualize how the role we play and the relationships we build contribute to a healthier, thriving teen community.
